Our process.
A four-phase framework that runs the same way on every project — whether it's a powder room or a 2,000 sq ft addition.
Consultation
Every project starts at your kitchen table. Owner Juan Navarro or his son Abel walks the space personally, takes initial measurements, and really listens to how you actually live in the home.
We talk through scope, realistic timeline, and a budget range you can plan around. No high-pressure sales theater. No “signing today.” Just an honest conversation about whether we're the right team for the project.
We reply within 24 hours to schedule the visit. By the end of it you'll have a clear written summary and an itemized estimate — the timeline depends on the project's scope — with zero obligation to move forward.

Design
We translate your goals into measured drawings and a complete materials package. You see every cabinet door profile, every tile, every faucet finish before a single demo cut is made.
We bring the material selections to you — real samples at your kitchen table, never online-only. You touch the stone, see the cabinet finishes, and hold the hardware before you choose.
Once you sign off, the design becomes a fixed-price contract. No “allowances,” no surprise change orders, no fine print.
- Measured drawings
- Hands-on material selections
- Fixed-price contract
Build
Demo day starts on the date we promised. Our in-house carpentry crew runs the job, with Juan Navarro and Abel on site daily for inspections and decisions — not just at milestones.
You get a written week-by-week schedule, photo updates every Friday, and a single point of contact for anything that comes up. Our own in-house crew runs the job start to finish — no subcontractor chain.
Floors get protected, dust gets contained, and your house stays livable. Every Friday before we leave, the site is swept and staged.
- Owner on site daily
- Friday photo updates
- Dust + floor protection
Reveal
A final walkthrough with Juan Navarro and Abel closes the punch list in writing before final payment. If something isn't right, it gets fixed before you sign off.
You receive a leave-behind binder: manufacturer warranties, paint codes, tile lot numbers, electrician and plumber contacts, and a one-year workmanship warranty in writing.
And then we check in at 30 days, 6 months, and one year. Because reputation is everything in a town like Aurora, and we build for the long relationship.
- Written punch list closeout
- Leave-behind reference binder
- 1-year workmanship warranty
